About the Instructor
Heather 

Hello! My name is Heather, and I am 32 years old. I am married with three beautiful children and we live in Houston, TX, but I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ.
I love reading, expanding my practice, fishing and diy projects. I live with anxiety and depression, and am very open about my struggles.
My journey with Yoga began about 10 years ago, when I started taking classes with my mom and sister. Since then, I have used yoga as a way to help with my anxiety, help get my body feeling better after having three kids, and as a bonding experience with my mom (we got certified to teach together).
I trained virtually thru Yoga & Ayurveda center and have the following certifications:
RYT-200
Chair Yoga Teacher Certification
